PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be marked as out of stock. We encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY We regret that we must limit retail orders to no more than 5 units for any item.

ORDER ONLINE Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, a 'Thank You' page will confirm your order was received and is currently being processed. Print a copy of this page for your records, as it contains your order number. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order shortly after your order has been submitted. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS customerservice@kohahair.com only accepts payments through WorldPay payment processing by credit cards, debit cards, Customer PayPal accounts. The following cards are accepted: • Visa • Mastercard • Discover • American Express Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING PACKAGES After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the carrier's website where applicable, where you can view delivery status.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS Once an order has been received, it is immediately entered into our processing program and cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have made a mistake and would like to modify your order, please contact us at  customerservice@kohahair.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CART OR CHECKOUT PROCESS If you experience any technical problems during your shopping experience, please contact Customer Service for technical support.

RETURN POLICY - Koha Hair DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS on hair extensions for hygiene reasons. We have a 14 day return policy for all other hair accessories/products if there is an incorrect/or defective item in your order. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return hair accessories/hair products in your order. Please contact the customer service at customerservice@kohahair.com , indicate your order number and the reason why you want to return the product. The customer service will explain to you how to proceed. An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. DAMAGED GOODS If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at customerservice@kohahair.com. Please have your order number along with your email address ready for fastest service.
